A Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) is a face-to-face or online meeting between project partners from different countries participating in the same Erasmus+ project (KA2, KA3, etc.). It is one of the eligible activity categories in Erasmus+ and is designed to support coordination and implementation of other activities.Â
TPMs are meant to:
Coordinate project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
Discuss intellectual outputs, dissemination, and financial reporting.
Strengthen cooperation and mutual understanding among partners.
During our first online TPM of the Deafability project - held virtually on 29 September 2025 - the partners met to officially launch the project and align on key implementation details.
To launch the project officially and ensure that all partners share a common understanding of its objectives, timeline, and expected results.
To set up communication, management, and reporting structures.
To plan the upcoming research activity and the development of the e-learning modules and videos.
All partners have a clear understanding of roles, timeline, and objectives.
Communication plan, internal document sharing system, and project management workflow established.
Agreement on survey and research design for Activity 2.
Website development initiated under UENPD coordination.
Ethical and accessibility guidelines confirmed.
